Recently moved and no waste disposal. Having been used to one in our last house for the past 15 years, I needed one quickly! Good price on this model and free delivery. Turned up quickly. Bought the extra plumbing kit which was worth it for a couple of parts but due to our current house having 'imperial' plumbing and the kit being 'metric' it needed hubby to pop to the local plumbers to pick up a few more pieces to get it fitted in. It's quite a heavy unit so takes 2 to fit - one holding it up (if your cupboard is as low and fiddly as ours!) and one to fit it to the mount. Air switch is so worth it - no more thinking about drying your hands before switching it on. So much quieter than our other one and quickly disposes of waste. Would highly recommend.

The item arrived in excellent condition and was an exact replacement for an existing model which was worn out after 25 years hard service. Replacement runs well and is much quieter than the model it replaced. Very satisfied with the installation.

Well packaged, a bit on the expensive side but worth it for the convenience of using it. Replacement for existing unit which stopped working. Needs two for easy fix. Takes a bit of time and patience to fit but ok for average diyer.

The package arrived a day early, which was a bonus - had a silly question on the items supplied to fit it, but the supplier answered it with such promptness that I was quite amazed - cannot say enough good about this supplier 5*****Graham

I am very happy with our new waste disposal unit. It works as i expected. Actually, i had insinkerator before, so it was very easy and very quicky to install it. We don't use it for heavy irritation, so we don't know how it performs under this condition.

After twenty-five years our model 65 suffered intermittent issues with the air switch which is probably a non-consumer replaceable component.Ordered this version as it is shown as the direct replacement version. The only significant change is how the plumbing connects to the drain side. It’s now a flanged seal rather than a screw on fitting. The new design is included and once attached, matched our existing plumbing connections perfectly.If this one does us another 25 years then I’ll be happy.

Bought this as a replacement for our previous model (model 65 which packed up after 8 years of daily grind). This one is almost identical in size and was very easy to plumb in using the existing plumbing. It seems a little quieter than the previous model. Hopefully this will give us many more years service
