Item was delivered on time and works exactly as promised. It took a while to learn how to use it and change the weighted metal ball that are included. Once I figured that out it was very easy to use.The design is of the unit makes it very light and easy to carry around and store when not in use.

Works as advertised, it's better than the manual process to increase lung capacity as recommended by my doctor and is easier than my manual exercise. After several days of use I have experienced more lung capacity, I bought another to have at another house location, it's easy to use and can now extend longer walks with and easily walk on my treadmill for 10 minutes at a time with a oxygen level of 99% without running out of breath. It's safe to use and at 87 years old I highly recommend the device.

Too easy, doesn’t take enough effort.

I bought this product to strengthen both my lungs and diaphragm for Exercise and Singing. This has helped me gain a better capacity in breathing. The lanyard I was able to attach to it made it much more portable.

Similar to the flutter valves we use in the hospital. Does a great job of breaking up mucous in your throat and lungs so you can expel/cough it out. I use it when I have a wet cough but still can’t get it up and out. The different size balls changes the intensity of the percussions. Recommend this if you can’t get ahold of a hospital grade flutter valve.
