I purchased as a gift. It was well liked and they were going to order another one.

This is the best. It heats up in 2 minutesIt smells good . Holds the heat and is soft on the sore part of your body. I purchased oneLove it so much bought the double packMy husband tried it and kept it. It really helps the painful area you use it for. This is the one to buy.

Works well. Retains heat very well. Super soft. Can be used anywhere. Only downside is the smell. The lavender is very off putting to me but I’m sure some like it.

It heats up quickly and retains warmth for a good amount of time, providing comforting relief when I'm having cramps.

Corn burned a hole through my sleeve with 2 constant min of microwave - it’s a thin sleeve which may have cause it - I’ve used the second one the same way and didn’t have that problem - and they definitely instruct to take it 30 sec at a time but….. instruction following aside….with the ones I had before this I found it’s worth grabbing a set that’s a little higher quality then just nuke for a couple min and use versus standing there nuke 30 sec wait test add 15 sec etc

While it looks like a good size it is a bit small if your whole shoulder needs it, but would be ok for smaller areas, I found it does not stay hot long
