Q: Are they low profile?

They are low Profile; However not as low as I would have liked.

Q: Will this hats ship in a box or envelope?

I ordered 6 of them in different colors and they all shipped in an envelope. Crushed and wrinkled causing me to return them, however, they appeared to be decent quality hats aside from the packaging.

Q: Is the top of the cap firm or will it sink in?

The top of the caps are firm and hold it's shape. I don't wear it everyday but it feels like it'll hold that shape. I think it's an excellent purchase. I'm impressed with the quality for the price.
