Brilliant lunch box, son takes it to work everyday and says it warms really quick and is really hot.

Very impressed by this Travellismo heated lunchbox - it is almost like a small slow cooker in a sense. I bought it so I could start having some nice hot lunches at work and my first test exceeded expectation! I did a test by putting in a solid frozen Chilli Beef Noodles ready meal plus a packet of microwave rice distributed over the top. The lid went on, plugged into the mains and after just under an hour, there was a delicious piping hot meal, steaming and bubbling away gently. Not bad at all considering it was a frozen solid ready meal as well as rice! I imagine it would be even quicker if defrosted first.Clean up is pretty easy as the stainless steel insert can go into a dishwasher if you have one at work/home or a short soak and scrub also does the job. Size wise, I wasn't sure what to expect (was worried it would actually be too big), but it turned out to be a perfect size, nice and discreet for work - I normally just leave the actual warmer and cable in my car and prepare meals in the pot insert in the house.One thing missing that could be useful is a plastic lid for the insert so it could be kept as a separate container in the fridge before you need to start heating the meal. Overall very pleased with the lunchbox though and it feels like it will last if cared for!

This is a really nice, well made item. However, buyers should have realistic expectations, it is rather slow. I tested the heater with 400ml of cold water, on 240v mains, and it took 90mins to reach a temperature of 94 deg C. At 60mins it had reached mid 80s. This equipment would be ideal for truckers who travel for hours and know when they will arrive or anybody in a similar situation. The removable stainless steel liner makes it very easy to clean and it has a good capacity.

I'm an HGV tramp driver. I purchased this device and have used it daily over the last week. It's an easy-to-use, space-saving device that allows me to enjoy healthy, hot, home-cooked food. Put the food in the 'easy to clean' stainless steel container, put the lid on, open the silicon valve, and leave it plugged into a 24v supply (it can also be plugged into 12v or domestic 3-pin 230v) for 45-50 minutes, and the food is then piping hot.My only niggle is with the internal design of the lid; the manufacturers could and should have done a much better job of designing the lid from the cleaning perspective! Other than this issue, I can honestly say its good value and time will tell on its robustness, but it's all good so far.

Very impressed. Wonderful. Heats up the food, specially my husband enjoys hot food now at the hospital. As we were not allowed to heat the home food. Now he is having home food everyday at the hospital. Love it.?

Got this for keeping my lunch warm when I'm out and about on the truck used it twice with no problems and kept my food warm however on the third use after being on for 20 minutes I could smell something electrical burning it was the food warmer after quickly unplugging it from the 12v supply I let it cool down but, after i reinserted the power the food warmer no longer worked even tried it in the 24v and mains power with no joy can't believe how substandard electronic things are made these days only used three times and it's dead maybe I just got one that just slipped through quality control anyway it's two day's past the return date so hopefully it will be replaced or refunded time will tell.

This product is very good, got my food warm in 20min and stayed warm for upto 1hr
