Has a great reach and gets the job done
I attempted to use this for clearing a gutter on the 3rd story from the bottom up (about 32 feet up [10m]). It unfortunately got stuck on a screw about 3/4 of the way up, but it was impressive it got that high. I used it to clear the downspout drain, with great success! The additional gloves were very helpful, and have been great for other uses outside of clearing drains.

Fait le travail pour le prix
Fonctionne correctement pour le prix payé. Le seul défaut est qu'il est parfois difficile de rentrer le cable dans le tonnelier après utilisation.

Worked Immediately!
So my shower drain gradually became less efficient till I finally couldn’t put it off (nothing worse than having your feet hanging out in your dirty shower water).I attempted the natural route first - multiple rinses of baking soda and vinegar. Letting it sit overnight on the final one. I even used boiling water for one of the post BS/V rinses (a common recommendation although it apparently isn’t a safe one for your PVC pipes - which I found out post rinse… oops). I thought it had at least helped and maybe it did for a moment- alas, the drain still left my feet submerged and I needed another method.Following up, I used drano. Let it sit for the full 30 minutes. Did a good hot water rinse post. Surely, this is the answer. Chemicals that may also be damaging to the pipes… but I needed a solution. Unfortunately, somehow the lack of drainage got worse despite my best efforts.Okay, so obviously this clog is stubborn. The idea came to me - my dad used to use something called a snake back in the day. Let me do some research…I did some searching and came across this product. Not too expensive and seemed to be my only solution. I ordered it. The item came a couple days after purchasing which was great.I do the unboxing. It comes in its own bag- cute! And has its own gloves? Convenient. Lord knows I’d like my skin to avoid whatever is haunting my shower drain (especially after the drano incident).Anywho, I briefly read the instructions, take the tool into my shower, and get to work. I unscrew the screw. Release the snake into the drain. Come upon what feels like the blockage. Lock the screw again. Turn the handle clockwise per the instructions. Begin to retract the snake. Time to see if this thing was worth it.(Pictured) It was! And is! I found an unsavory mound of my post Covid hair loss. I did one more dip in to be sure- found a wee bit more of whatever else. Now my drain is working as perfectly as it used to.Clean up was relatively easy. Paper-toweled the gunk off (because why would I rinse it back down the drain again). I soaped up the whole item and rinsed. Once it’s dry the gloves and the tool shall return to their bag for (possibly) lifelong drain snake convenience. Very pleased with my success and independence in the matter and I’m sure my dad would be proud.Worth the buy!

Plumbing Snake
The plumbing Snake 35 foot Drum Auger drain cleaner was the best one around. It went all the way up and down my pipes without getting stuck or jammed. Was long enough for all my pipes and was easy to use. Made my job a whole lot easier. Good product to have around.
