I like that the pads protect my elbow from the constamt contact on my surface plate. They are too small for my arms though and I had to cut the elastic to let the blood get to my armsI would buy again if there was a larger size.

I injured my elbow real bad, this pad came in handy as im always hitting my elbow on a door or door frame. just the right amount of padding in it, I only gave it a 4 as it was a little to tight but i ended up stretching it to where it wasn't to small. people were commenting stitching was bad, sorry mine is just right, had it a week now and no problems with it. If you need it for sports or work, these are not good for it.

Size matters, and this item is too tight on my 71 year old arms. The pad does keep my elbow from chafing but tends to cut the circulation to my hand.

Looked and started out being a great product. However after a few uses, the padding started to separate where the elbow joint touched the surface so essentially the only "pad" I had was the thin cover material, which was none at all padding. If I could, I would return these as they really are no use as they are.

Very comfortable and well padded.
