Very good flavor!!

I use in plain Greek yogurt or smoothies with a little sweetener. The flavor is very good.

Just what I thought

Lots of raspberry flavor in a small package.We sprinkle it over cereal, ice cream, and yogurt and mix it into baked goods.

Good, real flavor

Bought the Dragonfruit powder to color sourdough for Valentine’s Day. I kept half of my dough white and colors the other half pink, then layered, folded, and shaped. Was supposed to create a swirl effect. Imagine my surprise when I cut into it and the whole loaf was white! The color clearly “baked out”, even though it clearly says on the label “baked goods” with a loaf of bread picture. There was also not even a hint of dragonfruit flavor (I didn’t want it, so that’s good for me, but not for someone who would have wanted the flavor). I’d give this product 0 stars if I could. Total waste of money.

Turns everything blue and you basically cant taste it unless you eat it as is. Seems like a good natural alternative to food color.
