Excellent value
I prefer Lindens Brewer's Yeast because it's non-debittered. I've been buying it for a few years and I highly recommend it. Brewer's Yeast is a good source of various minerals and B vitamins. I take this product primarily for its immunity benefits. I favour Lindens supplements because they are great value and I trust the quality.

Seem to be effective
These tablets were bought for a family member who gets bitten dreadfully by midges etc. only been taking them for a few days but results look promising.

Round and powdery tablets.
Powdery and. Can taste the yeast. If you’re not good at swelling tablets (like me) try find capsules.Plus you’d need to take 6 for full dose.

also for dogs...
Working dogs in UK traditionally get "conditioning tablets" as a supplement - Brewer's Yeast - both to improve coat and because after a while of daily use they become naturally protected from some biting insects. The Linden's ones are good value and it is reassuring to know they are human food grade. I can't actually take these myself as they contain traces of gluten but they are perfect for my pup, 4 in his wet food every day. He will eat them out of my palm as treats so they must smell good to him too.
