Seems to be fine. Has good thickness and length. Only con could be that it can get tore/scratched easily which will be found out only after regular use.

Decent for the price and is value for money therefore. Thicker than regular mats and has been of comfort for my mother for who this was ordered.

This is definitely the worst yoga mat I have purchased in my whole life. Reason? It's extremely slippery. While doing Surya Namaskar, the mat slipped and I almost fell down. The lower surface is plain and smooth. No wonder, it slips so easily if you keep it on your house's floor. All my older mats do have a textured lower surface which make it impossible to slip. The engineer who designed this must be a fool.Be very careful if you go for this yoga mat. It's dangerous for doing yoga or workout. I wish I could return it.

This mat is not for excessive workout nor like cardio 😕 only for Cutieess (gals) ....but I like the thickness my back feels great 😃You can do yoga but not cardio something....heyyy boldfit needs some improvement it still slippery and I was afraid of doing exercises like jumping jacks or flips something......
