V-fit STG09/3 Herculean Modular Compact PYTHON Gym 100kg

Delighted with this product, the 2:1 pulley ratio effectively makes it one of the heaviest stacks I could find in the price range. There are a wide variety of exercises that can be performed but I would recommend leaving a lot of room in front of the low pulley (under the leg extension) if you want to do them all. The horizontal bench press handles can be moved to the inside if preferrable. The T bar and Lat bar both have individual clips so they can be easily interchanged. It also comes with a chain that is interchangable. The seat could be better designed could do with more or better padding and the pads on the upper leg extension bars could do with being thicker. The assembly takes a good few hours but the instructions are excellent, the numbering/coding of the smaller parts is particularly helpful. The larger parts are numbered on the instructions but the parts themselves aren't. They are however, easy to identify. I too had issues with the delivery, I was initially told 19th - 23rd Jan, my Amazon account stated an expected date of 23rd Jan (actually still does!) yet this arrived on Monday 18th Jan without any warning whatsoever. It was sheer luck that my partner had just returned home after her nightshift and hadn't yet went to bed. Having said that, it arrived in perfect condition and not a single part (of which there are many!) was missing.

Great product. Very sturdy and great discounted price on amazon. Took a while to assemble due to amount of parts (about 4 hours) but this was expected. Manual and set-up guide really helpful. All parts numbered as are described in manual. Delivery came much earlier than expected date...some confusion between Amazon and Arrow (deliverers) as I got an e-mail from Amazon saying that the estimated delivery would be mid next week but on the same day got a text from Arrow with an estimated time of the delivery scheduled for the next day. Delivery was a couple of hours out of what Arrow stated but traffic was busy in my area at the time- driver called me to apologise and give me a new estimated time.Only improvement could be that the weights are actually labelled. Description says that it can take 90kg of weight on bench press but not sure what total is of weights that come with the product. I stupidly assembled it all without weighing them myself so will have to take a bit of it apart again to find out how much each plate weighs.Overall though, great product!

Good all round, easy to put up, lots to keep you busy and keep in shape and kids love it

I'm not one to write a review but then i can't find any details to write to the company, it was easy enough to assemble but what I can't get my head around is the fact that 10kg feels like 50kg because the cables are so tight, I know for a fact it built right but it's almost as the mechanics of the machine are awful, you lose half a rep on exercises as the cables at resting point are so loose, the machine wobbles and lifts from the floor, the only thing that truly works on the machine is putting the pin into the selected weight, it says the machine has a resistance of 100kg yet it only came with roughly 50kg, when you spend £500 you at least want a smooth running piece of machinery that works, not to feel disappointed after you realise out of the 20 plus exercises on the machine you can choose from using a variety of attachments, only about 3 exercises work.I'm truly disappointed with this purchase.

Great product. Need to have done technical Lego as a kid to build it - Coloured dots on packaging some kind of enigma code? A couple more pages of instruction/bigger blow ups on key stages would be welcome one typo on a bolt type had us scratching our heads. Only real critique is knowing how much is being lifted... weights are 4.5kg there x10 plates so 45Kg but it has a 2:1 ratio on pulleys so 90kg ...but it states 100kg so bit confused unless the weight crown piece is 5kg which I’m not convincedAnyway quality good & price excellent 👋

Bought this gym for my boys & they love it. It gives them the perfect work out & it fits perfectly in our garage. It was quite hard to assemble but just took some patience & time

It is a great machine and I do like it. The reason for dropping a star is some of the exercises that require you to stand in front and not have your body weight on it cause the gym to lift off the floor so does not feel 100% stable.

glad i bought this, took me about 5 hours to assemble, but well worth the time. unless your very muscular the 90 kg weight stack is more than enough weight for all excersizes. still trying to work out how the 45kg weight stack can be used as 90kg with the 2:1 cable ratio but it definitely works, this will easy fit into the corner of your room. the delivery time was estimated to be 1 month but arrived within a few days this usually happens for me from amazon anyway :D i can gaurantee if you buy this machine and your into keeping fit you wont be dissapointed.
