These lamps are not as advertised! They are listed as being 50w Halogen Replacement, they are not! I bought them from KRled lighting to replace 35w Halogen lamps and I had to send them back because they are simply not as bright as the 35w Halogen, never mind the 50w Halogen as is clearly advertised in the listing. If the lamps were as advertised i.e. 50w Halogen Replacement I would have gladly installed the 100 units that I bought from them, and indeed more, but the lamps are not as bright as the 35w Halogen that I need to replace.

Really good value

I bought about 60 of them 5 years ago and most of them are still working so I'm pretty satisfied - and they dim pretty well too (they turn off totally, which is not the case of some other models I have). Only negative thing is that they're surely not as bright as 50w incandescent bulbs, barely 35w, but I kinda imagined they were lying (6 actual watts cannot produce the equivalent of 50w!).
