Kingston microSDHC SDC4/8GB Class 4 Flash Card + SD Adapter, Black

Requested order on the afternoon of 29/12/2011 with free delivery, arrived morning 31/12/2011, that's what I call fast.They work very well and meet ALL my needs.I bought 4 of these, with the thought of: - "why oh why do I need to buy a 32 gig card".I am able to put what I want on each of these cards and just swap them over when the contents of the cards are needed. Also, together, these 4 cards worked out cheaper than a 32 gig card.The cards all came with 4 adapters, so I am able to use them as cards for my Laptop Computer, when they are not being used in my Motorola Xoom 10 inch Computer Tablet, which was the reason I bought them in the first place.What comes to mind when using these cards is: respect, respect, respect, they are very small and when swapping on a regular basis, remember that and follow the Safely Remove instructions.

This little MP3 player (and FM radio, radio recorder, voice recorder and more) produces wonderful audio - even through the supplied headphones. The tiny price (I paid £6.99 including postage) should not be taken as an indication of the quality of this device. It's many functions and ingenious design - it uses a microSD card (supplied by you) so you can have as much memory as you can possibly need - gives it a significant advantage over fixed memory SD players.What a tragedy then that it is supplied with instructions for a completely different device - so you have to experiment to find out how to use it. Unfortunately the user interface is far from intuitive and will defeat many prospective users without a manual. My advice is that if you are not comfortable hacking into techy devices, don't even try. But if only they had supplied the correct user manual, this would have been a world beater at many times the price.

I bought this product for an e-book reader and the fact that it had the adapter for normal SD slots was a boon as it means you can use it in many other devices or you PC directly (if you have the SD slot, of course). The price was also very competitive when I compared it to what was generally available on the high street.The product has functioned perfectly over the month I have been using it - both directly (in my e-book reader) and through the adapter. Basically, it does what it says it should do, which means that I can't really knock it. I've also used it in an mp4 player with the adapter, where it worked perfectly.It comes in the typical wrapping, although the plastic part containing the product can be kept and used to store both parts. Given that micro-SD cards are so tiny, it's good to have something a little more visible to store it in and keep it together with its adapter.There was a delay with shipping. This was only about a week and I wouldn't have minded too much except that I received an email saying "already shipped" a couple of days before the next one telling me it would not be shipped until later. When you're really keen to get something, then it's slip-ups like these that can sour the customer experience. What also irked me somewhat was that, after sending feedback explaining what had happened, I got a mail from the company asking me not to give them negative feedback. I'm afraid that that is something you achieve by doing things correctly in the first place, and not by asking for it.

Very good for the price use these all the time good quality and great price

This tiny piece of kit is so adaptable, for me at least, since I can use it in a number of devices and if your not too nimble fingered it comes with an adapter for use in devices that take the 'standard' size. However, for those of us who aren't technically aware there is a small sliding tab at the side of the adapter which is labeled 'lock' which I thought if used it locked the micro SD card in place once inserted - not so - it write protects so existing data isn't overwritten by accident which is very useful if you are in the know. Pretty basic ignorance on my part but after a search on google I was soon loading my desired items to it from my desktop and was very pleased with the result.As yet after several weeks of use I haven't had any experiences of failed recognition but I have felt it necessary to be gentle with the micro card when inserting it into some devices since it's not immediately obvious which way is the correct way to load it - it's possible to insert the card upside down which may result in damage if you're too heavy handed . This may be down to the lack of instruction on the devices I use and my basic lack of knowledge of such things.All in all I'm more than pleased with the product.

Needed an small capacity card to go in mp3 player as the maximum it could accommodate was 8 GB, the card is perfect for the job but it annoys me that I have to pay the same price for an 8 GB card as I would for a 32 GB card. The card is very good quality and works perfectly, so it is only my gripe on the price is why I only gave it 3 stars.
