This camera has great functions for its price point. You get an easy to manage app/central hub to control the camera, set up preset angles, and overall control, the image quality is good and I have mine set up to record to an SD card. If you plan to use an SD card you need to do your research and buy the the proper speed card. Setting up the camera for first use was user friendly and I’ve had this camera up for years and it’s done well outdoor with the elements and in direct sunlight. The ability to pan the camera and also the motion tracking work great. I’ve seen plenty of things on playback that I otherwise wouldn’t know happened. Also the camera has alert functions as well as a 2 way mic and speaker. I am very satisfied after using this camera. Recently I changed my home WiFi and reconnecting the camera to the new router was easy.

Camera work well. Love the motion auto-tracking. I start having issue after 3 months of usage. It was starting to get grainy images and distorted colors. It might be due to the heat in my garage. It is like a sauna in there during the summer. I've contact the manufacture and got a free replacement with no questions ask, only an image of the picture quality. I appreciate the customer service and quick delivery. Will buy again.

The camera is great. I have been using it last 4 years and it’s really easy to install and record clearly and the apps are very easy to use.

I’m quite impressed with this camera.Video is crystal clear. Color is excellent.Night vision is excellent.Responds to commands very well.Set up was simple.I highly recommend this camera and seller.

So far I have 5 of these cameras for over a year with two more being delivered today which I may send back if I can't get this issue resolved. As of yesterday obnoxious adds are coming up trying to force me to buy there cloud service.its so bad that I can't watch my videos that have noticed issues around the house. I have SD cards in mine that work fine but this company is overly aggressive with the push to by cloud storage. I have sent them a message but they will not respond. If I can't get them to stop the ad campaign I will send the two cameras back and replace the ones I have up because they are useless now. Maybe this is what they do to force you to by cloud storage but when you have 5 or 7 cameras like I do that would get a bit pricey. Don't buy these it appears to be a trap by selling low price cameras and then forcing you to buy cloud storage..

I would give this 5 stars but it was a bit tricky to setup. My DVR is an older version so I needed to reach out to support to get an updated firmware but the support team was quick to put in a ticket. I had the firmware the next day. They also gave me step by step instructions on how to update my DVR. The new camera did need to be connected via Ethernet first in order to connect so I would suggest doing this before mounting the camera for the first time. But I want to give a big shout-out to the support team for being so helpful with everything.

Easy installation and works reliably. Better resolution picture than most cameras at this price point. Have used Hisseu cameras and system for several years and overall pleased.
