VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ITEM!
I needed the headset for one ear, but not a microphone, so I've rotated the mic up out of the way and this item perfectly suits my need. I'm an 80-yrs-old member of the worship ensemble at our church (playing the 'cello), and this one-ear headset allows me to hear the house monitor via a wireless device, while leaving one ear free to hear the room. Let me also say the item is beautifully constructed and provided with an adaptor for USB use. Overall, I am very happy and thankful for it.

Comfortable ear piece and easy set up
The ear piece is very soft and comfortable. The sound is great and I like the volume control on the cord. Setup was very easy plug and play which made it nice to be able to use the headset straight out of the box. Overall great quality for the price and exactly what I wanted.

Surprising Quality and Clarity
I honestly wasn't expecting too much from this single-ear headphone and mic, but it really kinda blew me away.The adjustable earphone is also reversable, which may seem obvious to some, but it caught me happily off-guard. The unit as a whole is very comfortable, with the earphone covering the entire ear and the mic positioned and sized perfectly.Sound quality is excellent through the earphone, and is extremely clear through the microphone.It comes with a USB to USB-C adapter making it easily usable with pretty much any system. It is corded, but the cord is decent length; not too short where you get yanked back towards your computer and not too long where the cord gets wrapped up on everything.I would happily purchase again.

it's great if you don't want anyone to hear you
It for awkwardly on my head and couldn't adjust any smaller. I have a big head too so I found that strange. I wore it for about 6 hours but had to scream or cup my hand around the microphone for people to hear me. I tried adjusting it on my computer but nothing helped. very disappointing

Works great on my windows computers
Came as advertised. I just plugged it into my USB on the computer. I worked immediately and did not have to add any software. Sound is clear and it is comfortable to wear.

I can't hear you!
I used this for work and all the people would say "Hello, is anyone there, I can't here you" I ended up yelling in the headset just so the customer could hear me. :(
