My grandson has circadian rhythm sleep disorder. So we had to do s crazy sleep schedule to reset hid clock. Medication never worked and typical for a person with autism combined with ADHD-C and anxiety to days with no sleep. Sleep schedule under dr care and this light for 30 min a he after waking. Worked wonders. 3 days left yay it actually worked

For me it worked. I sat with it shining on me while drinking coffee. Daily up to an hour some days.I regained desire to participate in activities .BUT, I wish it could stand up to more abuse. I inadvertently and repeatedly would snag my foot on the cord. The final time It landed just so on the same corner as the power port is located I beleive. The cord did not fit securely after that. I will be buying another.I've gone a few weeks without it and am feeling a lack of interest again. I am ordering another .

Delivered with a faulty cord. The end of the part that plugs in to the device was bent. It was a gift so I missed the return window by 2 days because I didn’t think to check it before gifting it.

We all get very sad in the colder months so we have this lamp on our high countertop, so people can just use it while they are eating or socializing. I love that it’s not too big to be intrusive, but it’s easy to use and effective! I’ve even taken it on travel with me because it folds flat.

I am not a morning person by any means and usually stay up to the wee hours of the morning and sleep late - and I hate it. Over the past few months I wanted to change that but even when I tried to go to sleep early (before 11pm), I could t fall asleep. I started forcing myself to get up with the alarm between 7-8am (which is early for me) and using this light while I had my morning coffee. Lo and behold, after a few weeks I would be yawning at 930pm and be asleep by 10:30-11pm - which is exactly the sleep schedule I wanted. It absolutely works and is such an inexpensive and easy solution to a problem that has plagued me for decades. Great product.
