Each pack makes 1 liter! I first had this while traveling abroad and I think it hydrates me better than sports drinks. It has a refreshing, light, grapefruit flavor and isn't too viscous.

Training for the Tokyo Marathon and using this on all my longer runs since it's what they serve during the race. It's been working well for me, just like Gatorade, and doesn't give me any stomach issues. The flavor is fine and almost tastes like a fruity carbonated beverage without the carbonation (if that makes sense). Good stuff and decent price.

I wanted a good clean electrolyte to drink throughout the day and during workouts. This fits the bill. It taste good too. Little pricey but worth it. You decide how much or how little to put in your cup. Highly recommend powder form.

The drink tastes very close to what I remember. I like that it is available in powder form. I just wish the packages were for half liter bottles instead of full liters since the smaller size is more convenient for me.

Please make sure you read the size details! These are not small packets and are designed for at least a liter of water. Great convenient travel size and dissolves well in water. Tastes like it’s supposed to taste.
