I was looking for a box to protect the Engineered Labs Heritage Collector’s Edition Periodic Table that we got for my son, and this box fit it perfectly snugly! It is 6”x8” on the exterior, and a little over 5”x7” on the interior. I appreciate the extra padding all along the sides and the sturdy construction. We ended up cutting out the ribbon that holds the lid open at 90 degrees, mainly because we didn’t want it blocking the view of the table while it was closed. Looks and works great!

I wanted a display for a few bugs I've found over the years. I know nothing about pinning so I just carefully set them on the batting & they stayed perfectly in place. Its small enough to stand upright without falling & light enough a few command strips would attach it to the wall, which I might do later. The box seems sturdy & the latch closes well. Overall worth the price.

Beautiful display box. I only wish it had come with a foam piece behind the thin batting and would be great if it had included at least 2 pins. Overall it worked well to display to small butterflies.

I am really pleased with the case. It's sturdy and well made. It is for my grandson who collects large insects. Now he will have a place to display what he finds.

Not spectacular but pretty good, & low price. Basically it’s a shadow box with a door. Does not include insect mounting board, just fluffy liner.No wall hooks so plan to add them yourself or keep it on a table. Nifty little display box. I’m happy with it.

I recently bought my son a megalodon tooth and this is the case I put it in. Decent quality, fast shipping and prices accordingly. I’d buy it again..

My 'country girl' daughter has quite a collection of just about everything you can imagine - from snake skin sheds and bird feathers, to butterflies and broken egg shells. These boxes allow her to maintain her precious treasures in a safe way that keeps from cluttering up the house. Easy to store. Hinges are secure. No more trying to dust fragile items! Great gift and keeps her busy organizing her collections.

Could be a nice box for displaying specimens or some sort or perhaps rocks on fossils .. Did not work for the butterfly I was hoping to use it for. As some reviews mentioned, it is not thick enough to pin something inside and there isn't really much of a backing for pins to go into anyway. Nice display box but not for trying to pin an insect. (Btw I cut away the ribbon because yes, it does get in the view when box is closed)
