My daughter's new school required a water bottle without an exposed straw. She loves the lock on this one. This bottle is cute and easy to clean, and I like that it has the removable rubber bottom so that she isn't clanking her bottle down.

Ello water bottles are the best for kids!

I purchased this water bottle for my 1 year old a few months ago, so I’m ready to share my opinion on it after watching her use it. I love that you can lock the lid to keep your little one from opening it. Since the mouthpiece will spill a little when the clear cap is off, it prevents mess. But I’m sure she’ll figure this out eventually and it won’t be as useful.The mouthpiece was a little big when my toddler first started using it, but after getting used to it and growing a little, she can easily drink from this bottle. While I love the silicone boot because it protects furniture and keeps the metal bottle from making a lot of noise, it comes off very easily. I wish it was permanently secured to the bottle instead of being removable.The water bottle is easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher. It keeps water cold inside for long periods. It is easy to carry with the attached handle. And the bright colors are fun and make it easy to spot around the house or in the car.

This are horrible. I bought two of them for my kids, the bigger model is a little more leak proof than the smaller one.The small model has a silicone cap at the bottom, that part is loose, so it can easily be lost or damaged. The only way it's spill proof/leak proof is with the closed cap. But beware, for some reason once you open the cap, even just plain water will spill out with enough force to wet everything around. If the cap isn't on, then it will easily pour out. Plus it doesn't hold ice, in 2 hours or so it was all melted.The big model is a little better. At least it doesn't spill everything out when you open the cap. But every claim it makes that would make it a good purchasing option is not close to being true.The only reason I'm not returning them is that my kids put stickers on them before trying them out.

Got this water bottle for my kindergartener to have cold water at school for recess. She loves it. I also love that the mouthpiece has a cover. The locking mechanism is a total bonus! Getting one for my son as well :)

I have a 2 and 5 year old. These work great for both of them. Easy to just throw in a bag and go. Doesn’t leak and easy enough for them to push the button to open themselves unlike some of the other bottles I’ve tried. Keeps their drinks cold all day!
