Windproof & waterproof large canopy umbrella • We have designed this umbrella specifically to withstand wind but also function well as a waterproof umbrella. We have chosen 210T Pongee fabric for this umbrella which is simply the premium of fabrics to use. It is water proof & provides UV protection. To withstand the wind we have 10 x steel and fibreglass reinforced ribs to better spread the wind load on the canopy. • Many double layered umbrellas have the open vents high up on the canopy which is a big problem as rain simply gets driven up under the top layer & onto your head! We have re-designed this to still retain the wind proof benefit of vents, but these vents are finished further down the canopy with a larger overlap to ensure the rain stays out. • One of the key bonuses of this umbrella is the ever convenient battery driven LED flash light integrated into the base of the handle. We found this to be very useful especially for coming home from those long days at work or navigating back to the car after a long day on the golf course. • This is a large canopy umbrella which is perfect for when you need the best protection from the elements. It has a convenient auto open by pushing the button by the handle. The tips of the ribs are metal so they hold up extremely well to wear & tear. • The umbrella comes with a sleeve which slides over the folded up canopy & has a carrying strap to make it easy to sling over your shoulder or hang from a hook for storage. • The shaft of the umbrella is made from quality fibreglass which won't bent or buckle like steel shafts do in the wind.
