Works as advertised, but understand its limitations....
This is an easy way to attempt to adjust azimuth by matching output of the channels (and the crosstalk), but that is not always the definitive adjustment. People who have expensive high-quality cartridges will have extremely low levels of crosstalk but will struggle trying to get the separation figures fairly equal. If you don't realize this you can drive yourself nuts or worse, damage your cartridge trying to get the measurements equal by doing extreme tilting of the cartridge. Soundsmith has an article on how to get the best adjustment as opposed to trying to make them equal. Also, all of your other adjustments have to be spot-on before you attempt this: tracking force, cantilever/stylus alignment, VTA, turntable leveling.

Works exceptionally well
I used the original version of this device many years ago to align a Lyra cartridge on a Nottingham Space 294 I owned. The small adjustment the Fozgometer led me to significantly improved the sound. It wasn't subtle.I understand the other commenter's point about not introducing huge adjustments, but in my case, only a small one was needed, and it was great.I can very comfortably recommend this device.
