Very effective bands that actually last.
I tried these after the buckle snapped on the elastic kind. The bands very quickly get a snug fit, they stay in place during squats and deadlifts, and the Velcro gets a maintains a firm hold.I've also used them on farmer walks, the stair master, lunges, split squats, the recombant bike, you get the idea. I say all of that because one of the touted benefits of the elastic bands is that they stay in place better. I've experienced zero issues with these riged bands staying in place. Also, since the bands are ridged, the clear numbering actually means something. Which matter, but only until you learn to judge by feel. Even then, as previously mentioned, they're extremely easy and quick to adjust. And since the guidance is that you shouldn't wear them for more than 10 minutes, they're extremely easy to take off, and then put back on with minimal interruption when doing things like the stair master or bike. There are no "edges" to the strap. I definitely recommend these and whenever I need to buy another pair, I'll be buying another pair of these.

A quality Product
I ordered and have used this brand of arm bands for over a year now and have very satisfied. So i ordered a set of leg bands. At first they seemed a stiff but soon lost that stiffness and comfortable and secure. Prior to using this brand I tried a different brand that was softer but did not keep there form and ended up pinching my skin when I tightened the band. This brand is a superior product and would purchase again if I ever wear them out!

Better than those using metal buckles
I had bought and tried on one using metal buckles for couple times and the metal clip is not as comfortable and easy to use as described. I ended up buying this BFR bands with Velcro and I am very happy with the Velcro bands, just a little big for arms

It’s works
When I red the first time about it; I was so curious. I bought and works pretty good. Follow the instructions about time and tie . You can have a lesion or think that it’s not work. Also pay attention with time. Can’t use more than 20 minutes I understood. You can see the difference and for the size can use in the arms and in the legs too.

I like these a LOT !!!
These are a great set of cuffs that are easy to put on and off. The Velcro is and quality are great. My reason for the 3-stars is that the first set I ordered are slightly different lengths. The reason for the numbers is to help you gage the same level on tightness on each limb. With the different lengths, this becomes difficult. Ordered another set to compare and now I have 4 cuffs all at different lengths. Was hoping to at least get two of them to be the same.

WOW!!!
I got these in the mail about a week ago and just used them this morning and I have to say.... Wow!! I put them on my legs (they have to be as far up the leg as you can get them btw, keep them proximal to your torso) and started a very low intensity bodyweight leg workout in my bedroom with limited space. Just a few rounds of sumo squats, regular squats, and adductor planks. And wow.. after just two sets of 10 reps I WAS SWEATING!! HEAVILY!!Guys... I do 30 miles of biking/elliptical a week and powerlift and these things had me sweating buckets and feeling like I was getting a great workout in with a couple unweighted squats. These are the real deal. I DEFINITELY recommend.Be careful though, don't pull them so tight you cut off circulation completely. And make sure to lay down once you're finished with your workout. I got some orthostatic hypotension afterwards (like when you stand up too quickly and your vision goes black) but it resolved within the hour. And totally understandable how it would happen. There's legitimate peer reviewed research that backs these things up. Who woulda thought tying up your legs was the key to strength? Lol

Do not get tight enough and the promised BFR e-book was not sent
The bands are well made, but they don't work for me. I tighten them as much as I can and when I pull down on the strap to try to get it tighter, it will not adjust tighter. Unfortunately then, they don't get tight enough for the BFR. I read that one way to test this is to put an oxygen meter on your finger and tighten the band until the pulse reading just stops. That will be the safe tightness setting. However, it gets nowhere near tight enough to affect the pulse reading, so I don't think the bands work well enough. I don't feel the burn I'm supposed to get and I don't notice an differences in my muscle tone yet. They were also supposed to send a BFR e-book, but they did not. Perhaps the e-book would have had some helpful information about adjusting the bands that would make a difference, but the e-book was never sent.

Works well compared to active BFR
I plateaued on my legs, doing 6 45lbs plates on each side, so a total of 12 plates which is 540lbs, doing about 8 sets of 15-18 reps. I'm only doing legs twice a week, will chime in once a month has passed. Also, I've used BFR before in therapy so I know how they work. Remember 30 reps, 30/60 secs break, 15 reps 30 secs break, 15 reps 30 secs break and one last 15 rep. So, 30 then 15, 15 and 15.My only negative is, why doesn't it come in black?
