Very Good head unit for the price point!
Purchased to replace a outdated VW head unit. Tried to source a used VW replacement to bring a 10yr old car ahead with the "carplay/ tablet dash era!" I decided after careful review to try the Eonon unit. I have been very pleased! It was simple to install, and easy to navigate and use. Sound and image are good. My only detractors... the screen is high gloss and shows finger prints easily and it seems to be a little fragile (soft plastic can scratch). It's map/gps features seem to be difficult to sort out. Otherwise a very good purchase for the budget! Its on par with my recent Pioneer head unit that I paid a fortune for, and fought to install. Associated camera install required a bit of wiring. Do your homework!

Fit great, easy install
The only gripe I have is that sometimes it doesn't connect to wireless android auto. I have to reset my phone or reset the head unit or turn off my bluetooth and turn it back on in my phone. Sound quality is improved over the original radio and it's great having Android Auto without a cable. Definitely recommend this as an upgrade.

Easy to set up
Nice new addition, although not sure why it’s not reading my back speakers and only running through the front speakers

It will do!
I like the size and how it was plug and play for the Tiguan. Android was a little bit slow. Skipping song was half a second delay. The AM radio don’t get channel, assuming it wasn’t set up for North American Region.The Sound control is very complicated.I really wish it was simplified to Treble Mid and Bass and Sub control. But it’s equipped with unnecessary amount of EQ.That’s my complain. I don’t want to say I recommend but for me, it will do!

Je révise mon évaluation. Je l’utilise maintenant depuis quelques semaines. Le carplay sans fil gelé régulièrement. Il me faut alors brancher le fil. Elle arrête de fonctionner régulièrement aussi. Il faut alors l’éteindre et redémarrer. L’écran est hyper fragile. S’égratigne juste à le regarder. Déçu de la qualité—————Reçu en 2 jours. Belle apparence, tout les connecteur nécessaires sont inclus. Fit parfaitement dans une Volkswagen eos 2010. Le son est bien. Mieux ou pas que l’originale je ne sais pas vraiment mais très correct. Énormément de réglages disponibles pour régler le son. Apple CarPlay sans fil fonctionne bien. Je suis très satisfait. Surtout pour le prix. Les grandes marques vendent le double du prix et même le triple pour avoir carplay sans fil et souvent les connecteurs sont à part à plus de 100-150$ franchement un bon choix pour un audiophile amateur
