Steve MaddenLuggage Large 28" Expandable Softside Suitcase With Spinner Wheels (28in, Legends Turquoise)

I purchased this early this year (2024) for a wintertime trip to Alaska. I love the turquoise/purple design on this luggage. This big suitcase easily held snow boots and thick cold weather clothing. There was extra room for trip souvenirs. No problems with checking this bag on Delta or Alaska Airlines. My suitcase held up well and it was easy to roll in parking lots and airports. The suitcase will travel again soon, as another winter trip is on the horizon.

Styling stood out making it easy to identify among all other luggage from other travelers. Looks stylish, maneuvered easily. I bought 2 of the large ones, and 3 medium ones. Amazon (or the seller) sent me 2 completely different pieces that were covered with cats, which my family liked, so no harm done. All 5 appear to be good quality. Handle locks when fully extended, and easily closes by pressing a button (pretty standard.) The zippers appear durable as well.

This suitcase is so pretty! I love the pattern and colors! Unfortunately, it’s not as pretty after one cross-country plane trip. Until now, my luggage has been dark, so I didn’t notice the dirt. This was the first time I’ve flown since downsizing my suitcase. I used to over-pack simply because I had more space to work with. A couple times, I had to ship packages home because my suitcase exceeded the airline’s weight limit. I didn’t have that worry at all with this 28” suitcase. When I weighed it at home before my trip, it wasn’t anywhere near the weight limit, and there was plenty of space for everything I needed for my trip. I was concerned it wouldn’t be good quality because it has a designer name and it’s pretty, but I didn’t have any mechanical problems with the wheels, zippers, or handle. I’m very happy with it.

I love this suitcase! I have taken it only on a cruise so far but it held up well though baggage handling. The zippers had no issues with coming unzipped on their own. I was able to comfortably fit about a week of summer clothes (light shorts, dresses, and tanks) inside.The front zipper pocket is surprisingly deep! Also the wheels have great 360° rotation. No issues maneuvering it around people or on sidewalks.The fabric pattern is so cute too!I’m about 5’2 and it comes right up to my hip. I don’t even have to pull the handle up if I don’t want to 😂. I actually mostly used the top fabric handle to move the bag.

Almost demands that you now pack with cube system...an additional expense. Suited needs, love the height...can appreciate the Steve Madden brand. But only n time and travel will tell with a suitcase. So far, a big big yes!Updated....the cubes worked wonders everything thing fit inside n was easy to organize, even the overpacking... lol. Wheels along easily, handles the weight of a full suitcase well. Plenty of pockets for sorting and soverniers

These attractive and fun suitcases are very well made, sturdy zippers, sturdy wheels. The only thing I did not consider was that airplane travel could certainly soil these in a heartbeat. I'll plan to use my old case for that and these new ones for car travel.

Super cute design that will stand out on the luggage carousel. In two recent trips, I picked up someone else's bag by mistake. When the handle broke on my most recent trip, I decided this was the opportunity to get something else. Not only does this suitcase have a more distinctive design, it is surprisingly lightweight and much easier to maneuver than any other suitcase I've ever owned. The recessed handles on this one won't break like on my previous suitcase. Can't assess durability as I haven't traveled with it yet, but so far very happy with my purchase.
