Not a desk lamp for studying, but may work well in a tent if you don't have kindle. If you are looking for a portable light, I would suggest a LED lantern.

Simple and Functional. Very sturdy and BRIGHT. Three levels to choose from and the fact that its wireless makes it a great light to travel with. Very pleased

Although the light is nice, the battery is meager and the light begins to fade after an hour or so of continuos use. I didn't time it so it may have been sooner than that. I found myself having to recharge it too frequently to be useful. Returned the product.

Waste of money. I'd bought another brand and I should have stayed with what works. Doesn't hold a charge as long as the first lamp, the lighting is inadequate and the design is poor. Can you tell I'm not happy with it?

This is a great Desk Lamp. I do detailed painting and use it while I am working. I can charge it with the wall plug, but my lap top is close by so I simple charge it by plugging it in to that. It is light and small.t by plugging it in to that. It is light and small.

I do love this lamp. My computer sits in a corner and it is darn and when I'm working on paperwork, it's nice to see what I am reading or have to grab a flash light to make sure I am reading something correctly.
