As a senior who has lost a considerable amount of strength in my hands/arms, it was very difficult for me to pour batter for casseroles, etc. from a traditional metal mixing bowl into a baking dish. After almost dropping/losing my grip on both my old metal bowls and some cheapo plastic ones, I decided to look for mixing bowls with decent handles. I chose this set and am extremely happy with the set. The bowls are all great sizes for different recipe needs and the non-skid rubber bases are ideal for not having the bowls slip on the countertop while mixing. The handles are a good size and easy to grip securely, and are also a non-slip rubber material. Bowls are very easy to clean. Very good quality and would recommend.

These have been so helpful. I make a lot of stuff in large batches that need to be refrigerated so the lids are so useful

bowls are useful sizes light weight clean easily . If lids are BPA free then I would give 5 stars, BUT no information given on this .

I absolutely love these bowls. At first I was surprised at the size but it's actually perfect for all the baking I've been doing.

Very nice mixing bowls

My grip isn't what it used to be. I was looking for mixing bowls with handles that are also lightweight and sturdy. These fit the bill especially with the nonslip coating on the bottom. The handle on the smallest pot will only fit my first three fingers in comfortably. That might make a difference to some people. I have fairly large hands for a woman.
