Q: Hello, i bought this otem but notice the antenna doesn't really connect to anything

The antenna lead connects to your LTE Mini PCI-E Socket card's main antenna surface mount. Typically there are three antenna connection points on the LTE card you install into this adapter. One will be for the main antenna, one for the optional MIMO antenna, and a third one for GPS antenna.

Q: Can i access this with something like a tmobile sim with data only? i have 2 4g reolink cameras i run on tmobile.

Yes but you will need the appropriate 4G LTE WWAN NGFF Card Module and SIM for your Tmobile carrier. This board is basically a USB adapter for 4g WWAN cards designed for nice integration with Raspberry Pi SBC. I have successfully used these GeeekPi adapters with Verizon and ATT WWAN cards I picked up from Amazon and Ebay.

Q: is there instructions no software ... ill just send mine back this product sucks... no info with it no instructions no software?

Sorry, our product is only an expansion board with installation instructions in the manual. The software support will be provided by the 4g/3g module you purchased separately.Hope for your understanding.
