Wanted something to keep the humidity level consistent in my Eastern box turtle home. Been using a spray mist water bottle with some but not great success! Compared several and ordered this one. Good directions and easy to install. Love the remote control. Easy to add distilled water through the top lid without disassembling unit and without water dripping or leaking. My turtle absolutely loves this intermittent steaming feature. I can program minimum and maximum levels of humidity desired and feature works well. So far, really pleased with this purchase. I keep it on 24/7 so hoping motor holds up. So far, so good.

Loved this fogger when I first got it. However I have had multiple issues with it including leaking, digital screen malfunctioning and the fan quit working. Now it just beeps. Waste of money

I got this for my veiled chameleon and it worked great... the first day. I got home from work the next day after setting it up and heard some weird noise coming from it. I go to check it out and water everywhere... I guess it wouldn't be that big of a deal except it was on top of some wooden furniture so hopefully it doesn't mess that up. It is also advertised Asa humidifier that doesn't leak so there's that too... oh did I mention it completely stopped working after not even 24 hours of having it? Yeah. I came home from work to find it leaked everywhere on some wooden furniture. I moved it after unplugging it and put it inside a tub to catch the water. Well it still turns on and the buttons and remote work but the machine refuses to actually produce anything. I've tried multiple outlets and I've waited a while and even tried multiple settings but to no avail.

This humidifier works great. My only complaint is the water that leaks from it. It isn’t a lot but I think bc of the placement it’s more than usual. I use it for my baby tortoise who needs the humidity. It doesn’t make any noise really and it’s nice and small taking up lil space. Great value for the money since I seen it other places for a lot more than what I got it for. I highly recommend this product.

I have a ball python that being I have to keep him on paper, the humidity has been a disaster to control. I had another brand and it never matched what the other sensors in my tank said. This being both hygrometer and humidifier covers both for less than the cost of 2 units. Being top filled the unit can stay put. It cleans easily. I wish I got this from the beginning! You can control humidity in both using a timer and I use the minimum and maximum settings. You can control the rate of “flow” sorry that’s the wrong word but you hopefully get what I mean. It also as a bonus to me has a thermometer in the sensor. It does have alarms, I haven’t had use of them. Super easy to fill. Just go slow.

I returned a pet store fogger made by the same company, with a 1 liter soda bottle capacity, an on/off switch, and automatic shutoff that I paid $10 more for than this one! The unit is very quiet, and way more conservative with water than expected. It's been running as needed to maintain between 70- 80% humidity for over a month, and it's barely used almost 3 liters of water.

My first order of this had to be immediately returned following unboxing and setup, as the device simply did not work at all, despite all troubleshooting being completed. And yes, the little plastic bubble wrap piece the company places around a plastic part in the atomizer compartment underneath the water container WAS removed, still without any working response from the device. No customer service bothered to reach out, even though I had contacted them directly. Thankfully, Amazon automatically issued an immediate replacement - which I was a bit skeptical about instead of just asking for a refund, especially since I had also noticed scratches on the base of the defective unit, as if something I had paid for brand new had been used. However, we will never know really what happened since the company does not respond to customers.However, with all of the hassle now over and my new working unit delivered - I am happy to report that it seems to be working well. The fog produces rapidly and gets to proper humidity levels in probably under a minute. It is consistently maintaining humidity levels I have set it to sense and respond to automatically if too low. I hope the unit keeps working this well, and am only giving 3 stars because of the chance of receiving a broken product exists, and you will likely receive no assistance whatsoever should that be the case.

Product works great! You do have to position the tube at just the right angle, but once you’ve found that it does a great job of regulating the humidity. We’re using it for one of our ball pythons’ tanks and it works great. With this humidifier, we know his humidity will be regulated and we don’t have to worry about it nearly as much. Highly recommend as a moderately inexpensive humidifier! The extra options of this version versus the basic humidifier are definitely worth the little bit of extra cost.
