One of the best item
Easy to install. Provided all the basic things to install the same. The hold that holds the arm has a spirit leveler inbuilt to make sure that the hold is bolted perfectly horizontal. The all around movement of the arm is just awesome. Serves the purpose. The build is really good and not cheap. The gas strut is too good in action. Adjust the tension correctly and the monitor holds great. Just loving it.

One confusing thing about an otherwise excellent wall mount arm
I looked for the answer to this while installing ceaselessly and didn't find out until a few days after I've mounted the monitor but hadn't satisfactorily positioned it at a level that worked for me.The torque adjustment spot that controls the upward and downward movement of the arm was completely hidden when the product was delivered. I couldn't get my allen key into the tiny space and I was worried about applying too much pressure and breaking the arm, so I couldn't use force on it.Turns out the arm automatically allows you to adjust it downwards (exposing the torque adjustment spot once the monitor has been mounted. If I'd just known this when starting out, I would have been saved a lot of anxiety and annoyance. But there was no helpful warning in the manual which only focused on the two ends of the arm that needed to be attached to the wall and the monitor. One other thing. The bracket that attaching to the monitor arrived positioned awkwardly to fit the box. I couldn't just turn it to the correct angle with my bare hands, so I had to take it off the arm and use a hammer to bring it back to the right angle. Again, I don't know if it would have automatically turned once attached to the monitor, but I wasn't willing to experiment. It would have made the mounting 10x harder.

Quality Product! Holds up my LG UltraGear 27 inch Monitor perfectly. Has the best flexibility. 360 degree rotation, Up & Down Movement. The Gas Strut is very strong and can be customised as per needs of monitor. Also provides all tools and screws.100% recommend to buy.

Viewing angle adjustment is not free flowing. Requires Allen key.
Just installed this.Amazon process for initiating refund is so hard, I decided to keep the product in frustration. (Line disconnected after being on hold for 30 mins 🙄).The product seems sturdy but there is one major drawback.Model-F150 is touted as a Gas Spring Full Motion Wall Monitor Mount. The caveat: its viewing angle lacks freely adjustable (free flowing) motion. To adjust the viewing angle you need to use the Allen key to loosen a bolt, fix the angle, and tighten it again. So it stays fixed or otherwise it swings down limp on its weight to the lowest viewing angle. What it needed was a simple high-tension spring mechanism for the viewing angle -- the likes of which Dell table top monitor stands use to let you adjust viewing angle without an Allen key - free flowing.I wish they had added that feature to the model.Installation is straightforward if you have a DIY mindset and a drill that supports hammer mode, with a 10mm drill bit for masonry walls or 6mm bit for wooden stand. Best to get a carpenter to do it if you lack those bits.
