Pic shows Malezia on the left is thinner/watery compared to thicker Curel.I’m constantly dealing with clogged pores and oily yet flakey patches. I don have fungal acne but I do find that FA-safe products are the only thing that work for me.I use the Folliculitis Scout website to help me choose products. I use the Malezia Urea cream and that pretty much solved all my problems except in the winter/summer it’s not moisturizing enough. No matter how much I put on, the skin around my eyes and mouth were flakey and painful again. They list this Curel cream as safe and semi occlusive - occlusives scare me, I’ve had bad experience with clogged pores but I gave it a shot. I put the Malezia on and then I put Curel on top - It fixed the dryness in just one use. Also, my pores are cleaner now than they were with just Malezia alone. Only gripe is that foundation doesn’t look as good on either of these creams as it does with high-end skincare but every time I try one, the bumps come right back. So, it’s a fair trade off. Also these are so inexpensive in comparison so I’m not mad.Curel is good on its own but if you need extra moisture, layer it over Malezia.

LOVEEEE. This is probably my 10th jar of this and I’ll never use anything else. It’s the only thing that hydrates my face all day and is gentle enough for my sensitive and acne prone skin. I use it under my makeup and it works perfectly with keeping my makeup fresh all day. I cannot recommend this moisturizer enough. And while this is a bit more expensive than others, I only need a tiny bit everyday to cover my whole face and it feels like an expensive moisturizer. So definitely worth the price.

Skin care:SOO MUCH hydration… I bought this knowing that about the product. Camping in the desert for a week and my face, lips and nose holes never dried out. Highly recommend if you are a dry skin prone individual (or going to desert festivals). For combination skin in a non-dry climate, it’s overly hydrating, so keep that in mind. But I do still love it, gives IMMEDIATE hydration to your skin right when you spray it on. Oh and the sprayer… continuous and even, trying to figure out how I can reuse this bottle once I finish it, just for the sprayer.

Very moisturizing and non-clogging. Doesn’t smell like anything. Application is smooth and container lasts me 6 months.

Long Review: At first, I got this to use on my body. I hate slathering lotion on myself - I think I have a weird thing with texture and the texture of lotion on my hands (no matter how "quick absorbing" the lotions claim) bothered me so much that I'd never finish a bottle. But, that resulted in dry, ashy skin that was embarrassing so I'd been looking for a spray type, and after extensive research, this was honestly the only one of its kind I could find that wasn't $$$. I gave it a shot after reading the reviews and knowing that Japanese skincare products are typically very well formulated.I'm happy to report that I'm pretty sure I can't live without it anymore, and I lament that you can't take pressurized cans on flights with you because I have to be without it when I go on vacation.Pros:- You actually don't need to spray a lot. I learned this after my first can because I emptied in 2 weeks. With the next can, I spray a little further away from my body than instructed and only spray where I need and let the residual spray does the rest.- I don't have to touch it. I spray and I'm done. No more lotion texture!- Hydrating. I'm not ashy anymore.- Unscented.- Clean ingredient list - put all ingredients through ChatGPT to make sure there were no harmful chemicals.- Very fine mist which helps cover a large surface area. If they can make a non-aerosol version, I'd love that so that I can take it on planes with me.(Mini) Cons:- If you spray a lot on, you'll feel like you're damp from a shower for a few hours. It's an interesting feeling, and I can see some people really not liking that. However, now that I spray a limited amount, my skin absorbs it fully and I don't feel like that anymore.- Again, depending on how much you spray, you can run out pretty quickly.Like my title, I NEVER believed in what people like to call the "holy grail" of their skincare routine. I've been fooled by that claim too many times and I've never experienced this with any product....until now. Since I had such great results with my body, I read in the reviews that people used it for their face so I decided to give it a try. For context, I struggle with acne in my mid 30s. I've probably tried almost everything under the sun in terms of skincare and nothing has ever worked. Strangely, this product is keeping new breakouts at bay since I've started using it in the AM and PM. Obviously, I'm not claiming that it will be a holy grail for others, but for me, it's really simplified and changed my skincare routine a ton. I am really glad I found this product because there's really nothing else like it on the market for the same price point. Highly recommend trying it, even if you are acne-prone! Finding the right kind of moisturizer is critical for acne and I'm pleasantly surprised to find it in this product.

It's ok, there are better creams for the eyes out there that are just as pricey
