Awesome! So much fun!
This little device is awesome! It can play all my old favorites from NES up to SNES like a champ with no issues at all! It fits very nicely in the pocket and the build quality is excellent. The battery life is also great. I don't feel the need to constantly have to charge it so it's always ready to go.

Almost perfect for me
This handheld is a few years old at this point and I purchased it knowing there are more powerful handhelds out there for the same price.I wanted this one in particular because of it's size and build quality as I intend to have it in my pocket most of the time. Also, I really only wanted to play up to 32 bit games. If these aren't specific wants for you, I suggest looking into other options.PROS:Good size to fit in my pocket without being too smallBuild quality and buttons feel greatComfortable to play in my medium size handsCONS:Screen isn't bright enough to play outsideStock OS isn't great and a bit time consuming to changeStock SD cards are poor qualityOverall, it's close to perfect for me. The main problem for me is that the screen isn't bright enough to play outside. I do have other similar handhelds, but this is the one I'll use the most.EDIT: Just discovered there is a hotkey to adjust brightness in the Adam Image OS I've been using (Power+L/R on Dpad). It does get bright enough to use outdoors. Also, I forgot to mention as others have that my item did not come with a screen protector as advertised.

Stupid organization, but a great size and feel
I think most people get this and then mod it. I am not as savvy and just wanted something to play right away. The games it came with were unsatisfying to me so my much more tech savvy big bro added some better games for me. The OS system still sucks and I guess I could do something called add an Adam image and make that better? If you're willing to download and upload all this stuff it's great. As is it's ok.

Great performance, but beware of porn!
This is an Anbernic 280V, and a wonderful retro emulation device! Its built well and has a decent battery for what it does (I've run it for about 5 hours playing a PS1 game). It works nearly perfect with PCE, NES, SNES, GB/GBC, GBA, Genesis, GameGear, Wonderswan, all out of the box! (You can play PS games too, but the lack of analog sticks makes some games impractical to play. If that's your jam, get an Anbernic 350 or 351 instead.) There's no HDMI output, but that's a feature the Anbernic 350 has. This is super portable, smaller than most cell phones! You'd have no problem putting this in a purse or pocket, unlike the larger 350. The OS out of box is Opendingux, but I've had success putting Rouge on it too. There's slight sound imperfections, especially in games like Tetris Attack, but otherwise excellent. There's a number of nice built-in games too, ranging from Cave Story to FreeDoom. One warning though, the SD card this seller included had porn images in it. I wanted to get something like this for my young nephews, so I'm glad I tested this first. Make sure you purge any games ending in XXX before gifting to children! That's the only major minus in an otherwise wonderful find.

Great little emulator device, some caveats (they’re why I rated it 1 star)
It’s a great little handheld for the money, and the form factor is so adorable, and from the 30-45 minutes straight I’ve played on it, no issues with hand cramps or discomfort.Would give it 5 stars, however… there’s multiple pornographic images listed as roms. They’re 144p images basically that are in the gameboy folder as roms. I personally found it hilarious, but if a child were to receive this and the parents didn’t catch on, this could expose them to hardcore pornography and that’s not right. Loses a star for this. Please fix this in the future, reseller. It gives Anbernic a bad name.

Cute little Device
I am loving this device so far. Came preloaded with a gazillion games which I got rid of and placed a 256gb card with MY selected roms. I use this thing everyday. I can get about six and a half hours of strait game play. I'm already on disc 2 of Final Fantasy IX lol. Anyway if you are looking for a pocketable emulation machine for playstation 1 and older than this is it!Edit 01/02/2022: Still loving this device! I've loaded a bunch of MP3's for when I go walking. And I loaded a bunch of MP4 anime onto this device which is awesome. I tried the rouge firmware but went back to the stock OS which allows me to play for seven hours while playing SNES. Plus six and a half hours playing Playstation. BTW I finished Final Fantasy IX clocking in at 98 hours. So yeah definitely recommend! When you know what you're doing this thing is a blast. :)Edit 01/23/2022: Device is still working fine. So now I just carry around two gaming portables. The New 2DS XL for DS and 3DS. Plus the RG280V for GB, GBC, GBA, Nintendo, Genesis, SNES, PSX and Wonderswan color. My Nintendo switch Lite stays home. So after some test, I get 7 hours of gameplay with SNES, 6 and a half hours with Playstation and 5 and a half for GBA. Overall I am really pleased with this product.Edit 12/18/2022: Battery started to not hold a charge so I bought a second one (which I didn't mind). I have 435 games on the device but I mostly use it for GBA. BTW I can get 8 hours strait play on Playstation which means play time fluctuates per unit.
