Very nice would be perfect with a few changes
I have had the CycBuzz for a couple of weeks now and had at least 5 30 mile night rides now with it. So far I have charged it once and it is still going strong. The lasers really are quite visible when it is DARK. They aren't all that visible when the sun is still up. Every ride I have had multiple people inquiring about it and they have all really like it.As for the things I would change, first only the part that plugs into the wall wart is USB the end connecting to the light is the old round style charger not USB. I would really like to not have to keep track of yet another cable. A mini or preferably micro USB connection would be perfect. Also for the charging port, it would be somewhat reassuring if there was a rubber cover to help prevent water or grime from entering. I have done one ride in a bit of light rain with it and it held up fine but I could see it being a potential problem. The next issue is the mounting bracket. It works fine but it isn't the easiest to put on. Also, it uses one bolt to tighten and hold it all together including the angle adjustment of the light. I have a bit of a problem with the angle of the light changing after I hit a bump. I am afraid to tighten the bolt too much because I don't want to crack my carbon frame. All that being said I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it. It is much more visible than most of the other lights I have seen and it is a great conversation starter.

Super bright plus you can see it while you're riding!
It's REALLY bright, like I'm somewhat afraid it might be blinding drivers bright, but it definitely gets you noticed. I love the rechargeable part of it, though of course I don't know how many charges that will last - one thing though, I tend to lose taillights (don't ask) and if you have your own set of rechargeable batteries in there it's extra annoying to lose. I've had it 9 days and haven't had to recharge, with somewhere around 10 hours usage. It has a seat post attachment so if you need a smaller one for attaching to a rack you're out of luck in this area (that's the only real negative here in my opinion). The unexpected bonus for me is that I can see if it's still on (turned on, as well as attached). Because the lasers come out to the sides, if your light falls off at a big bump (not saying it will, just saying if it DOES) you will know that it's missing and can stop and look for it. Ditto if the battery runs down. Not that you can do anything about it with no ability to switch batteries but at least maybe you can be a bit more cautious or ride on the sidewalk.Edited to add: I had to charge it last night, I'd guesstimate it stayed charge for 20-22 hours, somewhere around there.

NOT a US-standard electrical charger!
Update: I received an email reply within an hour of contacting CycBuzz customer service (on Christmas eve, no less) addressing the issue. Very happy with the prompt reply; adding 2 stars for customer service. Will revise review again when US charger arrives as promised by customer service.Original review: Given that this product is being sold on a US website, I assumed the charger would be a NEMA-type plug - that is, with flat posts that would fit in a US electrical outlet. IT IS NOT. The product arrived with a "europlug" - with round posts for european electrical outlets. This type of plug is not compatible with US outlets.I may revise my review if CycBuzz - who lists their address in Houston, TX - and therefore *should* be supplying a product that can be charged in the US - sends me an appropriate plug or converter. Until then - one star.

great with one caveat
It's a bright, rechargeable tail light. Thus it meets all my purchase criteria and I am 100% satisfied. It also features an innovative laser lane marking feature, which is a nice extra. I tip my hat to the inventor who successfully brought a wild idea to fruition.I just bought a second as a gift for another cyclist. It's fine just the way it is, but I have a couple suggestions for making it better:* Use a standard mini- or micro-USB plug so that I won't need to keep track of a specialty cable. At that point, save the expense and don't even bother including the cable and wall wart. Everyone already has dozens. (For that matter, why must my other devices be divided 60/40 between micro and mini? Sigh.)* Program livelier, more attention-grabbing random flasher modes--perhaps even a couple, with different average duty cycles.

Highly Recommended. Great Tail Light.
I've had this tail light for a few weeks now, and I'm very pleased with it so far. I was looking for rechargeable tail light that was too bright for cars to ignore, and this light definitely fills the bill. It's very bright, and has different flashing patterns you can select. The battery seems to last a long time as well. One thing about mounting: The bracket that comes with the light is large. I had to wrap an extra rubber strip (it comes with two small rubber strips for this purpose, but they were too thin) around the seat post and then put the mounting bracket on top of this in order to mount the light properly. No big deal though. It's a good bracket, just large enough for any type of bike I've ever seen.

So far, so great
This light is terrific. I bought a second one for myself after having bought one for my wife. It's large, bright and has the added feature of defining one's path with the parallel lines created by the two laser lights directed at the street. My review, though, should be viewed like those initial buyer satisfaction ratings one finds on J.D. Power: I'd give it fewer than five stars if the recharging feature didn't work as expected or the unit was not waterproof. (That the unit does not take conventional batteries means the unit is sealed and nearly waterproof.) The company will supply extra mounting brackets if you want to swap the unit from bike to bike. (It asked me to pay a reasonable shipping cost from England. The representative was very helpful.) So far so great.
