I was excited to get this so I could just plop my phone on my nightstand at night without having to worry about plugging it in/unplugging it when I grab it. I LOVE the way the case feels. However when I plugged in the charging station and placed my phone on it initially it would start to charge but then would stop. I tried moving it around to see if it was just finicky about the placement on the pad and still nothing. I can get it to work for a little while if I unplug the charging station and then plug it in again but overall unfortunately it just doesn't work as advertised.

This works great makes charging so much better I can leave it on at night and it's changed by the morning and it shuts off by it self and the case fits perfectly

It charges and stops without you knowing.. could be charger or iPhone Xs Also it does not charge with a thin case so you must remove the case before charging.

Sent it back. Didn’t solve my charging port problem because the case plugs into my port witch was to wore out already so no conductivity. Upgraded the phone

Great for plastic cases but unaware that this wouldn't work for aluminum phone cases .

It works great for the first two months now it takes forever to charge my phone. I would not buy it again

Had to quit using item. Normal use but case was falling apart just putting in/out of pocket. Not charging right for weeks now. Just easier to plug it in the old fashioned way. Good idea but poor execution on the quality.

The charger is fine but the finish on the case started coming off as soon as I put it on my phone looks horrible.
