Exactly as described, a great inexpensive alternative

Packages arrived on time, but one was broken down the side; however no markers escaped. Tested all of the markers and only one was dried out- one of the two colorless blenders due to the nib being dislodged. All other markers were juicy and smooth. The smell is strong at first, but thats possibly from storage, and they lose that after the first use.Love having so many colors for the price! Until now Ive been limited by a small collection of more expensive brands accumulated over the years: copic, prisma, shinhan, ect. I tested these to blend with my copics, and they work great! One note is that while most of the colors are pretty true to the caps, some are much darker. Also, they are very intense and do not have the same range in terms of pastel colors that you find in other brands, so I would recommend using a mix of what you get here with whatever other brands you have on hand, especially when coloring skin/hair.They did not bleed through as bad as I thought they might on regular paper, only the darkest colors really made an impact. The brush tip was not as flexible as others for detail work so they are a bit of an adjustment, but easy to learn.Overall very satisfied with the purchase! These are a great alternative to more expensive markers for illustration. If copics are 10/10 these are a solid 8.

Amazing Markers 100% Recommend

After reading the reviews i was very hesitant to order these markers but I took a leap of faith, first off the ink is outstanding and I feel blends easier than my copic markers, they layer beautifully, and are a great bang for your buck. On the other hand, the tips are not the best, they are frayed, however the chisel tip can work with a fine point so I don't mind, there are no desaturated colors, so it is harder to find contrast amongst a limited palette, the gray tones do not go light enough for my tastes, and the cool gray 1 and 2 both seem a little on the warm side to me.100% recommend these to those starting out with markers and have some money to spend, the brush tip is a bit fragile but you do not need to apply tons of pressure, light pressure and careful strokes and the fraying will be kept to a minimum.

Alright...

They are definitely one of the best cheap alternatives to expensive markers such as copics. I’m only giving 3 stars though, because the brush tips rip very easily, which ruins the tip. They do bleed a lot too, but other than that, pretty good!!

Gorgeous color payoff, worth the money!

After buying a rather cheap set of alcohol markers off of eBay ( 80 for $35 ) I decided to get a better set when those started to dry out. I did my research and these cake up. I am very pleased with the quality of the ink, marker and the color payoff upon testing them for the first time! The brush tip is very nice. The only issue I have with them is that they do bleed a little and the ink pools, the blending pens soak up the color rather than blending them together nicely and the fact that when I opened the package the markers were just haphazardly arranged without rhyme or reason. I’ve since arranged them in numerical order :)Overall very pleased with them. Let’s hope they stand up to my coloring addictionColoring book: Throne of Glass by Sarah j Maas

Happy for now!

For anyone looking for "beginners" Copics, these are a decent choice :) Definitely practice on a swatch of blank paper with blending and colors before you jump right on to your artwork. The colors are usually a lot darker that the pen caps indicate, especially if it shows a very pale color (had trouble finding a super pale/pastel green, purple, pink even if the cap looks very pale). I just bought some single Copics to fill in for the lack of pastels.PROS:+ Affordable and decent blending for beginners+ Lots of color choices+ Brush tip is nice! Not as good as Copic (of course) but it feels great to useCONS:+ Do NOT use the "flesh" tones in this set. They are super bright pink and will not look good. I highly recommend splurging and buying the Copic Ciao Skin Tone set to have.+ Even the lightest grey tone is very dark (see my picture), but again, I just bought a grey tone set of Copics for the lighter options+ Markers do bleed a little bit, but the colorless blender really helps clean up mistakes.+ Blending is hit or miss depending on the color I've noticed. I had no trouble at all bending 4 different yellows in practice and pinks, but the green was a little harsh. If you go over the color twice it does get darker, rather than blending in to the same tone, so again just practice before hand and get a feel for how the markers react.+ Brush tip is not great for small areas. I actually switched to the chisel tip and that worked out pretty well :)Even with my CONS listed, they are not deal breakers. More like little handicaps that you need to practice and work with. These are no where near as magical as Copics but NOTHING IS. For the price, color palettes, and brush tips this is a GREAT DEAL!

Would definitely buy again. Great deal!!

I love these markers! You can't beat the price, and they are comparable to Copics/Prismacolors.The carrying/storage cases are perfect. I saw reviews that mentioned cracked plastic casing, but these came in 2 sturdy black cloth organizers with handles & straps. No issues. The markers are blendable, strong pigmented, and varied in color options. Only 3 doubles- colorless blender, black, & slate.Like any alcohol marker, they can spread & bleed if you press too hard, you need just a light touch for details.I use 150 lb illustration/bristol paper. When using Micron pens, the markers & pens do not bleed with one another.Would definitely buy again!I made a color chart for reference, one with and one without flash.

Best price for the quality

These are the first alcohol markers I've gotten and I have to say these are perfect if you are just starting out or want affordable quality alcohol markers. The brush tip is very soft, the colors are vibrant and it blends pretty nicely, and it doesn't streak at all. The cases they come in are much more sturdy than expected. My only problem is that some of the tips are frayed which causes a bit of feathering and bleeding but other than that I simply love these.

They are good but won't recommend.

TLDR: After a few days of use the brush nib started to Fray and dog ear at the end making it hard to do fine details and thin lines. So your probably better off going for either cheaper bullets nib markers or dropping a bit more money on some nicer brush nibbed markers. The only other Con is that the caps don't match the ink very well. I do like them besides the brush nib problem, they have nice colours, they are very juicey and the containers they come in are nice for travel and you can take the lid on and off if you want to store them on the side in the box you can.I probably won't buy these again but I can still use them just not as well as I could if the brush nib was better quality.
