Q: Will this work for a 2021 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon jl?

It will work for some of the features, but if you have a rubicon you will definitely want the more expensive version (tazer Mini) it has more features made specifically for the rubicon. You thank me in the long run cost is about $110 more than the lite.

Q: Will this work for a 2021 Gladiator Mojave?

This is a lite. You do not want this I returned it and got the full one from xterm terrain on line. Does none of the upgrades only a light show.

Q: What motor for the JL will this work with? The 6 cylinder or 4 cylinder?

It will work with both 4 & 6 cylinder

Q: Will you be able to disable the auto start stop feature with this unit or you need the mini

It should remember your last setting. If you have the start/stop disabled when you shut off your vehicle it should be off next time you start it.
