the single best investment I have made
If you have a WISP or just need to power passive POE equipment with 24V or 48V, these switches CANNOT be beat. As a WISP, these are, hands down, the single best investment I have made. They do EVERYTHING and they are wicked stable. You can monitor your input voltage and amps, your voltage/amp usage per device, data throughput speeds collectively and per port.. I could go on and on. NOTHING beats these switches for the WISP industry.

lack of support
Over 4 months waiting for a simple security risk issue. Zero response. I would call them but good luck on finding a number. State has over 500 switches to replaced and loved the Netonix switches. Have replaced about 20% of old fleet. Because of your lack of care to just answer the question the state has forced me to purchase any switch but your brand. All you had to do answer with yes, no or working on it. Great job technical support ..

Great product, pricey, horrible support. - lose star for that
I like these -they are a great product. The company however, offers no documentation, little support, and attitude. Very unfortunate combination.Once you do figure out what can be done with these, great! I think the staff is hiding behind little knowledge of their product, an attitude is the cover. If you have Cisco background, you will get there faster. If you are a scripter from routerOS background, it's a longer haul, as they know nothing about these references or have no understanding of comparisons to say "set ether1,ether3 master-port=ether2" -"how can I make the Netonix do that? They don't understand.

I wanted to love it
The firmware still needs some work on these, With current version 1.5.5 I had a lockup of the switch. Still powered radios but switching side was dead. Took a full day to deal with and a slow firmware recovery over serial...
