Let's face it, robots are real and every child today will grow up around them. If your child is interested then this is an intro-level toy to see that robots are simply mechanical THINGS we can build. The human hand and brain evolved together and thinking is simplified where the hands are required to make some functioning item. I like the Circuit Cubes toys for that reason, kids like to make things that move and to see how they work.

I bought this for my 10-year-old nephew. He built it and took it apart at least five times. He absolutely loves it.

As a parent I love building block compare to other toys. This is perfect cause besides playing building block they can learn some basic robotic. Building block help their creativity and imagination. This help to develop their brain. The app is easy to use but not supported with amazon table. Hope they support amazon table soon. Now my kids is using my iPhone for remote control. They really love the spider monster they build.

my 10 yr old granddaughter had the kit built and running within a couple of hours. (unassisted) She picked it out and I ordered it for her so I know it was a hit.

I'm a huge fan of interlocking bricks, and I'm 46 years old. Both of my kids, 12 & 8, have plenty of them. When I came across this STEM set I figured what a great way to use what you already have and integrate electronics into it. So far my 8 year daughter and I have only build a simple tank tread vehicle and honestly she placed a large flat piece from her interlocking sets and built a tray to hold her mini figures and drives around with them. This set has no issues fitting the bricks and figs you have laying around the house. Nothing about this set feels cheap. All pieces have a durable feel and "click" to them. The wires are not thin as a thread, but are nice and thick for what is needed. Overall this makes an awesome holiday, birthday, or in general gift to yourself or anyone. The Bluetooth was easy to setup and use for control as well. The built in battery lasts my daughter about 45 minutes of driving here and there, but overall this is a cool set.

This set can build three different monsters, but really the options are endless. Your child can use other brands of bricks to build whatever their brains can create. Includes a bluetooth power cube and 3 motors, these monsters can then be controlled by your phone through a mobile control app. This set is well made and the pieces fit together well. This takes a lego type build up a notch by adding electricity, and movement. I don't think your son or daughter will be disappointed in this educational building toy.

My son who is 6 LOVES to build and this set was great for him. He needed a little help with the motors but otherwise he was good to go. He loves the versatility of this set and that he can use it with his own designs as well as the ones in the manual. This is a great gift for anyone who loves to build and create.
