Everything turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier! Definitely worth the money not to heavy either. Chain is good size too. It's very legible, very comfortable amongst couple layers of clothes too.

Ordered December 5th, arrived December 29th, about 10 days prior to when it was supposed to arrive. What a pleasant surprise!The material is solid metal, highly polished, and even the dogtag chain is a higher grade than the "cheap" aluminum balls on a wire that fit into an ever-warping receptacle. It uses a real clasp, easy to handle, and will not warp over time. My husband and I are very impressed with how the engraving turned out and all information was correct. My husband wears it all the time and even in the shower and still looks brand new. My husband also likes how light the tag and chain is while wearing. Thanks so much for the great quality of the medical alert necklace.

Update; the makers were amazing enough to send me a brand new necklace that seems more sturdy and the chain and clasp are actually functional. 😁I am so disappointed. I love this necklace because the font is beautifully printed and easy to read and the gem accents are beautiful, but the chain that came with it had a broken clasp upon receiving it and after only a couple weeks of wearing it, the ring of gems looked dirty and also fell out. I should be able to glue it back in, but I am very disappointed..

Perfect size, engraving done well, easily legible. I wear it when riding/running alone just in case something happens. Chain is strong and not at all flimsy. Not the size of traditional dog tags, but now that I have it, I actually prefer this.

I was a little leery about buying this based on the reviews but am pleased with it. The chain is the perfect length and the pendant was able to fit my medical alert items perfectly. Pendant is a good weight

My son is pleased with it. The engraving is precise and very readable. The chain is heavier than expected which made me very happy. My son is autistic and prefers wearing heavier things. The clasp is easy for him to do it himself but appears to not break if pulled on hard. Which sadly to say is a strong possibility.Overall I am very pleased with it and would definitely buy it again and happily recommend it.It also came in a little velvet bag that I think he liked more than the ID tag. Lol.
