I like knipex's quality everything I buy from them just works and feels nice while you're working, I also have a couple of pairs of their pliers.

False advertisement about country of origin
I agree with majority of the other reviews that this is a good quality product but it is not made in Germany. The advertisement states that the country of origin is Germany but it is not. The packaging on mine said it is made in Taiwan, which is fine as products made in Taiwan are usually good quality but the seller should not claim it is from Germany. I brought that issue up with the seller but they did nothing about it. Only other issue is that it is rather small. Otherwise appears to be well-designed shears. We’ll see about durability.

Handy tool
I bought these for a job I was doing where I had to install lot of undercabinet lighting great for cutting tape light. I’ve also used on low voltage cables.
