Good quality
I've always been a fan of this particular type of creatine. No bloating. What ever gains you get last for a while even if your stop working out. This form of creatine is leaving the market. I don't find it that easily anymore.

Get powdered creatine unless you know what you're doing with these caplets!
Get the powder, these aren't as efficient.
