A must for anyone with plantar fasciitis.
This product wraps around your foot and helps lift your arches. I wear it everyday and never suffer from plantar fasciitis pain anymore. However, order a size down because the material does stretch. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and always order a size Small. Also, you should hand wash it every night and let it air dry. This product will last a long time with the proper care, and when it begins to stretch out too much, then it's time to order another! But well worth the cost.

This is a wonderful concept but it hurt my feet.
I have suffered from shin splints for over a year. I now wear Brooks Ariel shoes and they have helped a great deal. No orthotics have helped me. This seemed like the perfect solution. I put them on and immediately, I was walking normally, more quickly,the shin splint pain was gone, and my ankles felt stable. I was very excited. However, after about 5 hours I began having pain on the plantar surface of my foot where the Fabrifoam crosses over itself. When I removed it, I had a red line about 2 inches long. I was wearing it on both feet and within an hour, I developed the same problem on the other foot.They would be great if I didn't have sensitive feet!

Works well but not good for heavy use
It has worked great for my daughter who is a dancer, however with heavy use it will tear and need to buy a new one within a month.

Not worth it
Comes off easily. Crumbles up when a sock is put over it.. Cant feel any support with this. I have terrible planter fasciitis, shin splints and some other problems and this didn't help or alleviate pain. Not worth buying.

They won’t stay secure and there’s no direction on how to put them on. They are expensive and you must purchase separately. They did come earlier than expected

It works for plantar fasciitis. Enough said.

daughter uses for dance
This was recommended by my daughter's doctor for use in ballet. She has a pronation issue which resulted in tendonitis. Is working well for dance and also can be used with a dress shoe, flip-flop, or while barefoot. Also nice because the exact size is not necessary. My daughter does not even wear adult sizes -- in a youth 2; we tried to order the XS, but was out of stock. Went with the S, and it works fine, just has to be wrapped further around the foot. We had it looked at by both the orthopedist and the physical therapist; both were pleased with the fit.
