I bought it two years ago and still working great.I received mine with a small issue in one of the motor ( one side was little slower that the other but still working )Once i emailed the costumer support with the issueThey replied quickly and send me a pair of new motors for free ..Since then the robot is great in service.

The product is very useful and easy to use. It helps us to clean the areas which are isually difficult to clean by standard mopping tools.Support is prompt and ready to send parts for fault repair with necessary video tutorials.

Ultenic t10 is a great time saver. I use it on floors and carpets. Mopping also is great and the floor is shiny. Charging lasts for such long time. Installing the app was so easy, saving maps and cleaning details is such helpful. Cleaning the robot also is easy. Customer service was so cooperative and helpful in every problem facing me.

Don’t buy this product if you are in UAE. There is no service center and all the customer service team does is taking you back and forth, restart, send video, etc.I bought this product in 2023, it worked perfectly for two months, then a journey of agony started as it kept throwing an error whenever any obstacle is encountered. I contacted ca on the app, they ask for proof of purchase and invoice, then they refer you to send an email, they also ask for documents, then ask for a video, then they tell you to restart, then they keep going back and forth as if the vacuum is your only work, no service center and no refund and no real warranty. I ended up being too tired and will go and buy a traditional vacuum instead.

The Ultenic T10 Robot Vacuum and Mop is doing a good job of keeping our main floor clean (at least in terms of vacuuming). Getting the main brush out and cleaning it was easy: there’s a latch to release it and a cleaning tool to cut tangled hair or string. Overall, I like this vacuum and mop. I definitely enjoy the auto-empty feature.

Was easy to setup and does a decent job. a bit of effort required for Alexa setup.
