Extremely efficacious, but it is advisable that you contact a fully qualified TCM doctor before self-prescribing this or any other herbal de-/concoction for that matter as your individual case may differ down to a more subtle level. What this was used for in my case to start off with - prior to my TCM doctor preparing his own and even more potent version for me - was constant cold symptoms, phlegminess, difficulty breathing, accompanied by polyps. The cold symptoms went, the polyps disappeared, and my energy levels increased. The ‘big one’ for me was the polyps: no resurfacing since my TCM doctor gave me these and later did his own herbal mix.
