My ankles have been through the wars. My love for football has meant that my ankles have suffered bad sprains that have made it easier for me to roll my ankle again and again. My injuries are usually through inverted rolling, I have been using tape like this for over a year and thankfully I've not sprained my ankle again through inversion.Always felt that support sleeves are too thick and dont give me much rang of movement at the ankle. This tape is thin and strong, it wraps and holds to itself with each rotation. I've tried so many variations of ankle wrapping and have now found a way that feels most comfortable and provides the most support in game. You can find the most supportive wrapping methods on YouTube, specific to your injury.There's a good amount of tape per role to adequately wrap your ankle. It doesn't leave me feeling like my bloodflow is consticted and it feels really comfortable. Protects my ankle from rolling as when I go to roll my ankle that way (inversion) it takes the strain off of my ligaments.One thing to note, they're great but they stink lol, it's like a damp smell. But if, like me, you're using them for football outdoors then you'll never be able to smell them. If someone does comment on the smell then they've definitely sniffed your ankle directly, weird.To summarise; they're comfortable, affordable and disposable so I'll probably keep purchasing them for as long as necessary.
