NEUlotus Cushion Wedge Foam Pillow Bolster Prop for Mat with Carry Bag Strap

I got this Yoga Block for my wife who dabbles with yoga from time to time. (Honestly its tough to do anything with two young boys around) It is a nice product. It can be used for comfort and to alleviate pain or discomfort caused by doing different poses. It was most helpful for my wife when used for the knees and lower back, but it can be used for arch support, head/neck support, hip bone support, or as a wedge when raising your legs off the floor. I tried it for sit-ups under my lower back. It supplied support and helped with the general motion of the exercise. We have left it around the downstairs to see how often it get used and for what... She discovered that it works well for a pad to rest her wrists while typing. It is a quality product and a great compact size to transport with your yoga mat. We are very happy with this purchase.

I really love my neulotus prop for SO many things. I use it for a lot of yoga poses, under my knees, my hips, my back, chin (for chinstands and locust), and even my hands for giving my wrists a break in inversions. It helps me keep the proper alignment in Pilates and fitness abdominal and back exercises and just provides so much comfort all around. I also use it while I'm typing on the computer! This is the 2nd one I ordered so I can take one with me to the gym and keep one always at home. Well worth the money for something you can use in so many ways. I am a fitness instructor and highly recommend this product!

I purchased this product as I recently started working with a personal trainer. I have a bad lower back and an injured knee and I have found this product to be very helpful during workouts. It is actually very comfortable to use under my lower back to minimize pain and relieve the tension that can build there during a workout. I have used it under my head as well which helped minimize my neck tension. It is so portable and easily rolls up in my mat. I am happy with this product and am using it right now under my writs as I type!

Love this NEUlotus yoga prop - it has so many uses! I use it primarily when doing core work on the floor, especially with straight leg lifts. When tucked under my tailbone, the NEUlotus helps to stabilize my core and lower back, and keeps my low back from arching and lifting off the floor. No more low back pain! I have also used the NEUlotus under my bum in seated meditation to help keep my spine long and neutral. It is also helpful for poses in which you may encounter wrist pain - from down dog to crow to pinch. Love this prop!!

Loving this prop for my practice. It's the perfect thing for all sorts of things that used to give me a little trouble (on certain days). Whether it's my knee while in a lunge, sitting, even my arms for dolphin. I just keep mine in my yoga tote that I take with me everywhere I go.I especially like that it's smaller than a blanket while I am doing some sequences that go from down dog to lunges. It's got the right amount of cushion without being in the way like my blanket sometimes is.

I absolutely love this prop. After many years of playing sports I get achy when they weather changes, and this helps so much with that, under my knees or wrists in yoga. I also love it when I'm not achy, it is a great way to keep myself aligned, I put my feet on it in Bridge Pose, Under my wrists in Cobra Pose, and use it under my hips in Bow Pose. I love it so much that I got one for my 65 year old dad who does yoga with me!!

This product is a brilliant addition to my props for practice. Often I paint on the floor, I sit for meditation on my mat, and NeuLotus is perfect to support my spinall alignment and keep me comfy and safe...

Not cheap for what it is but i like it. Good for giving a smidge of support.
