Very easy installation. I was apprehensive at first about buying a reconditioned computer, but this arrived packaged really well. Everything looked new and worked almost immediately out of the box. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a low cost alternative in a desktop computer.

Tuve que entregar el pedido porque el monitor llegó dañado, en el camino del UPS al vendedor el monitor se rompió bien poco y nada más por eso el vendedor no me quiso dar un reembolso completo porque no lo podían re-vender así. Pero el monitor ya estaba dañado cuando llegó a mi y tuve que llamar a Amazon y ellos me reembolsaron el dinero que el vendedor no quiso devolver indicando que lo que el vendedor hizo no tenía sentido. Por lo cual le recomiendo comprar directamente con Amazon o con una tienda reconocida en electrónicos y no con segundos vendedores.

Great value for money - comes with desktop with good processor and 8gb memory along with wireless mouse/keyboard, and monitor. Could not expect more for the price - would actually expect to spend twice as much on such a product.

The cord for the webcam is not long enough to reach from the tower to the monitor unless their side by side.

Good for preteen use.

Not bad for the price, great computer for basic needs, not a gaming computer the processor is out dated.

Received my shipment in a timely manner, only had an issue with the monitor and Tony with tech support provided me with excellent customer support.
