iCarez Screen Protector for iPad Pro 11 (2021/2020 / 2018) / iPad Air 4/5 (2022/2020), 2-Pack Feels Writing on the Paper

I bought this protecter for my new iPad Air since I had also used an ICarez screen protector for my previous 7th gen iPad, and in my opinion the quality is even better! I wanted a paper-like feel for when I do digital art and this protecter seems to have a better grip to my Apple Pencil then the previous one. The feel is great, the anti-glare is great, the installation process was easy and went smoothly, and all at a much more affordable price compared to its competitors. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!

I did not want to spend $40 for a paperlike screen so instead I was recommended this screen. I really love it and helps tremendously than trying to write on the Ipad screen itself. Now I highly recommend anyone looking for a paperlike screen dupe to get this one instead.

Anti glare is not so great

First off, this does NOT fit the iPad Air 4 (10.9"). There will be a ~1mm border on the edges, and because of this it's nearly impossible to line it up evenly on all sides.There was a QR code to watch video instructions, but none if the instructions on the provided playlist were the correct ones for THIS model, so the videos were useless. The "Hinge" stickers were supposed to have A and B markings on them (as shown in the videos AND written instructions), but had no such markings, so they didn't actually look like the example images. Secondly, there were Step 5 and Step 6 stickers in the package, but no mention of these steps in the written instructions? I didn't find these necessary so I don't know why they were included.Lastly, the "hinge" stickers that the installation uses requires you to lift the stickers off after applying, and the protector comes up with them... which creates more bubbles after installation!!!As for the feel of the screen protector, there are definitely better paperlike protectors out there. I bought this after trying a few different friends' iPads with matte screen protectors on them, and this one doesn't feel quite as nice as any of their different ones. It's gritty and seems like it's wearing down the pencil with every stroke, and it's kind of soft and has a little too much give for my tastes. And definitely sucks for anything but use with the Pencil. I'm sure for some people this texture might be good, but it's not quite to my liking, and the protector not fitting and incorrect instructions frustrated me more than the texture of the protector itself.

It was a bit difficult to put on but once I got it on I realized why it was recommended for drawing.
