Won’t connect to Xbox series s
Ordered 2 and both didn’t connect. Don’t know if the issue is the adapater. I’ve used the website and still can’t figure out how to connect it.

Although the product did not work and I had difficulties I cannot discredit the customer service quality given. I messaged several times with issues whilst the seller quickly responded and helped best they could. They also was quick to provide a refund without any arguments or hassle.

Hello Everyone i just buy this converter for my ps4 pro everything is good but i just got one problem that mouse sensitivity is too low you aren't able to play FPS games not possible to play I'll suggest everyone please don't buy don't waste your money Thanks.
