Can't beat the price
I beat on my stuff so I tend to buy the cheaper knowing Ill end up replacing it anyway. This bag has held up great to 6 months of abuse.

Warranty is a joke
I ordered this for work. It states it has a 1 year manufacturer warranty right on the product information. When you try and contact the manufacturer its a joke. Their website and phone number are not able to be used. The website is down and the phone number is off. When going through Amazon about the issue they won't do anything either. Amazon states that they only do a 30day and nothing else. Don't get this item if you wish to use a warranty.

20 tiny compartments inside.
Most of the compartments inside this backpack are tiny. They measure 3" by 1" by 0.5". You couldn't even use them for an open end wrench set. Not a very practical layout. The larger side compartments won't even allow a water bottle or a flashlight to fit. Most 6" and longer items have to be thrown loosely into the bottom of the backpack. It would be better to have less compartments that could handle longer items.

Looks like it would hold some tools. Well, I was wrong. The strap didn't even last a week.
It took me a good month to finally decide on a tool backpack for my boyfriend. Took less than a week to become extremely disappointed. It looks and feels durable, the back padding is nice. Overall the look is great. Would be a good backpack for a beginner with minimal tools, like a apprentice.
