PPD Free Hair Dye (Black)

This stuff is dark green, like baby poop and smells SO BAD!! It had my husband and son gagging! The consistency (once mixed with water) was way too thick and very hard to spread onto my hair. After washing it out of my hair (after leaving it on my hair for an hour and then applying heat with my blow dryer), I examined my roots only to discover that they were barely colored! I have black hair with gray roots that require being dyed monthly. This natural hair dye is expensive, smelly, thick, and DOESNT WORK! I requested a refund from the company and am waiting to hear if they approve it. This box comes with 3 packets of dye and I only had to use one for my roots. This big box is supposed to come with conditioner and mine didn't have any in the box. :-( Disappointed.Update:I requested a refund through this company and they sent me 2 emails asking me to call them so that they can get more info about my requested refund. So I called them and left a message (no customer service rep answered the phone!) and no one has called me back! Horrible product! Horrible customer service! My $20 is down the drain and I am NOT happy!

I had to give this product a try due to the fact that I'm allergic to nearly all haircolor. This product was amazing! It does smell like old plants but only until I conditioned my hair after the process had been completed. I had zero allergic reaction and my greys were completely covered! I'm buying more today!!!
